As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy® with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, I will help your get to the root cause rather than treating the surface symptoms — so that real, lasting change becomes possible.

For over 20 years, I worked in fast-paced PR and marketing environments, constantly under pressure, always switched on - while quietly battling crippling anxiety beneath the surface.
Like so many people, I spent years searching for “coping strategies” and quick techniques to manage stress, push through exhaustion, and appear fine - even when my nervous system was in constant overdrive.
After prolonged stress and repeated periods of illness, my body eventually reached its limit and in 2016, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). That diagnosis became a turning point — not just in my health, but in how I understood the connection between chronic stress, emotional overload, the subconscious mind, and physical illness.
Instead of accepting a future defined by fear, I chose to listen to my body and address what had been happening beneath the surface for years. Through Rapid Transformational Therapy® and deep nervous system work, I began to heal — emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Today, my work is rooted in that lived experience.
I now help others recognise the warning signs earlier, calm their nervous system, and reset unhealthy mind–body patterns — whether they are on the edge of burnout, living with anxiety, or managing a chronic health condition.
Because prevention truly is better than cure and healing becomes possible when the body finally feels safe.
